PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW HOURS! CROON IN THE AFTERNOON OPEN MIC Sing with a live band in Silverlake at Happy Hour on Monday from 4:30-6:45pm! Croon in the Afternoon Mondays 4:30-6:45 Lyric Hyperion Theater 2106 Hyperion Avenue, corner of Lyric. Last song at starts at 6:35 $10 cover, 1 item minimum. Wait out the traffic while singing your original song or favorite cover, while telling a story, reading a poem, or working out that audition monologue! Bring a friend or come alone, you can perform or just listen and enjoy. Everyone has fun! Bring your own instrument or play with our band. We have a piano player, a bass player, and a drummer or percussionist. People have brought in their own flute, banjo, bass, accordion, trumpet, sax, and lots of guitars! Bring 2 copies of sheet music to sing with the band, or sing a Great American Standard that the band would already know. Have 4 songs ready, you'll get to sing at least one, perhaps two, and on some nights 3 or 4. It all depends on |
